If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to make it right with our simple and customer-friendly return and refund policy.
Conditions for Returns
Buyer Received a Damaged Book:
If you receive a damaged book, please contact us immediately or within 30 days of receiving the order. We will offer a full refund. You may donate or dispose of the damaged book as you see fit.
Buyer Doesn’t Like the Book:
If you find the content of a book unsatisfactory, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please donate or dispose of the book as you see fit.
Buyer Received Book Later Than Expected:
We strive to ensure timely delivery. If your book arrives more than a week outside the delivery window provided at the time of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. For delays within the week range, we will consider a partial refund based on the situation. Please contact us to discuss.
Return Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If you need to return an item beyond this period, please contact us at fulfillment@athousandflowers.org, and we will work on a solution with you.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to process after we confirm your return.
Shipping Costs
In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return shipping for orders of more than 5 books. For returns due to unsatisfactory content or other reasons not caused by our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs for larger orders.
